Why Do People Take CBD?
Will CBD oil affect my medication?
5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), also known as oxitriptan, is a naturally occurring amino acid. It’s a common ingredient in many relaxation products including Green Roads CBD Relax Capsules.
CBD stands for cannabidiol, a compound found naturally in hemp plants. Unlike THC (the active cannabinoid in marijuana), CBD is not intoxicating which means it will not get you high. CBD interacts with a series of receptors in your body known as the Endocannabinoid System (ECS). The ECS relates to a number of important systems in your body and helps keep your internal rhythms in optimal balance.
Last but not least! Our hemp products are produced exclusively from hemp that is planted, managed and harvested using responsible cultivation practices in Colorado, USA. Far from big cities, highways and pollution. It means an end product that is organic, 100% natural and not genetically modified (non-GMO).
In the production of this and all our other water-soluble products, a unique method is used that makes it easier for the body to absorb the cannabinoids (CBD among others). We are alone in Europe using this unique process. We always use the finest parts of the hemp plant in the production of this product, meaning the flowers and smaller leaves. This combined with our unique extraction process, results in a hemp oil completely free of THC with a wide spectrum of cannabinoids and terpenes. The oil is easily absorbable for the body and soluble in all types of beverages that life has to offer. Unfortunately, most other water-soluble hemp products on the market consist only of isolated CBD crystals. You get a lot of CBD but miss the rest of the necessary cannabinoids and terpenes.
Recommended daily intake: 1-13 drops. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

Let’s move on to “the entourage effect”. This s a very important part of all our hemp products. Simply explained, various cannabinoids, such as CBD, CBG, CBN, CBC, CBDA, CBGA work together. Not only with each other but also with the terpenes. That is why we never use CBD isolates as a single molecule (because really, it’s no good). Instead, there is always a wide spectrum of cannabinoids and terpenes in our products. More bang for the buck!
Store in a cool, dark place and keep out of reach of children.
When producing the extract in our products, the hemp plant’s finest parts are always used, such as the flowers and the smaller leaves. In addition to a high concentration of cannabinoids, our extract also has more of the fabulous and important terpenes that are naturally found in hemp. The result is then a so-called “full spectrum” product. But our process does not end here, because we continue to separate all existing THC, THCA and THCV from the extract. We are completely alone in Europe using this unique process. But hello, what then happens to the so-called “full spectrum”? Well, we get a “wide spectrum” of cannabinoids instead. In other words, all cannabinoids and terpenes that are naturally found in hemp are found in our extract, but without THC. Pretty fantastic, right?
