While on Facebook, I saw an ad for a trial bottle of CBD tincture for only $5.95 S&H. I decided to try it for chronic back pain. I am aware of scams, read the ad several times. I got the first bottle, then 14 days later I was charged a 2nd time, but this time it was $79.95. They claim their ad was written up that you must cancel W/I 14 days or you will be charged full price for the bottle you received. It was not stated that way in the ad. We called, and after insisting we wanted our money back, they finally agreed to give us 50% of the $79.95.

Ordered four bottles of CBD oil cost was supposed to be &148.00 took $198.00 out of bank account . Was supposed to be 500 mg of CBD oil was only 30 mg of CBD two bottles . Other two bottles of 100 mg CBD oil. Refused to send me return address and refused to give me my money back . Ordered it on Jan. 11 2017 took money out of bank on Jan. 12 2017. Called then and cancelled it. Bottles came in today on Jan. 31 2017. This is twenty days after I cancelled .

CHARGED A SECOND TIME. & 036;69.95. I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD. WILL GO TO MY BANK TODAY. AM FILING DISPUTE. ALSO AM IN TOUCH WITH FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. ON MONDAY I WILL FILE FORMAL COMPLAINT.
